Ruoska is basically finnish version of Rammstein. And they do mighty fine job at it. Industrial / alternative metal, but sung in finnish not deutsch. 

They have their undeniable seat in the throne room of finnish heavy metal.

For a reason too. Ruoska has been around for a long time. They've got tons of known hits and countless shows on their belt.
You cannot say this from any damn band.
